ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION STRATEGY IN OVERCOMING VIOLENCE IN SCHOOLS

Violence has become a phenomenon which has increasingly penetrated into the world of education, including in school. On this occasion, Muhammad Ridho Muttaqin, a doctoral student at Educational Science Study Program SPS UNY, tried to reveal the practice of student violence in schools; school strategies for addressing violence in schools.

KMSP UNY HELD PROTEFL WORKSHOP

The Graduate School Student Family (KMSP) Yogyakarta State University (UNY) is again holding a ProTEFL Workshop. The first batch of workshop activities in 2023 will be held online via Zoom for 3 days, starting on Friday (3/3) and ending on Sunday (5/3). The ProTEFL Workshop is a program organized by KMSP UNY in collaboration with the UNY Language Service Unit to facilitate and equip students who will take the ProTEFL Test as a graduation requirement at UNY.

KMSP UNY SELENGGARAKAN WORKSHOP PROTEFL

Keluarga Mahasiswa Sekolah Pascasarjana (KMSP) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) kembali menyelenggarakan Workshop ProTEFL. Kegiatan workshop batch pertama di tahun 2023 ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom selama 3 hari, dimulai sejak Jumat (3/3) dan diakhiri pada Minggu (5/3). Workshop ProTEFL ini merupakan program yang disusun oleh KMSP UNY bekerjasama dengan Unit Layanan Bahasa UNY untuk memfasilitasi dan membekali para mahasiswa yang akan mengikuti Tes ProTEFL sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan di UNY.

Lulusan dengan IPK 4.0 prodi S3 Ilmu Pendidikan SPS UNY. Dewi Amaliah Nafiati berhasil mempertahankan Disertasinya yang berjudul “Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan Start-Up untuk Membentuk Sikap Kewirausahaan dan Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal Mahasiswa Keguruan.” Dengan predikat Summa Cumlaude.

Strategi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Mengatasi Kekerasan di Sekolah

Kekerasan telah menjadi fenomena yang kemunculannya semakin merambah ke dunia pendidikan, termasuk di ruang-ruang sekolah. Dalam kesempatan ini, Muhammad Ridho Muttaqin, mahasiswa S3 Prodi Ilmu Pendidikan SPS UNY ini mencoba mengungkapkan praktik kekerasan pelajar di sekolah; strategi sekolah dalam mengatasi kekerasan di sekolah. Disamping itu, Ridho juga mengungkapkan pola strategi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kekerasan di sekolah. Dalam Disertasinya yang berjudul “Strategi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Mengatasi Kekerasan di Sekolah”

BENCHMARKING UNTIRTA POSTGRADUATE TO UNY GRADUATE SCHOOL

Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta) Postgraduate benchmarked the implementation of closed exams and open exams dissertations at UNY Postgraduate Schools in an attempt to improve service to stakeholders. The Untirta delegation was led by the Director of the Untirta Postgraduate Program, Dr. Aan Asphianto, SSi., SH, MH. The delegation included Vice Director 1 Prof. Dr. Ir. Kartina AM., MP. Vice Director 2 Dr. Helmi Yazid, SE., M.Akt. Secretary of Doctoral Program of Education Study Program Dr. Nurul Anriani, S.Si., M.Pd. JFT Coordinator Aedy Nurachman, SE., MM.

FORMING A ROADMAP OF STUDY COMPLETION THROUGH WRITING CAMP

One that determines the success of the study in the Master's Program is completing a thesis. Based on the monitoring, students from the 2019 and 2020 batches experienced many obstacles, especially when meetings with lecturers became awkward and they did not share the same views about the research direction. Another problem faced is publication as a requirement for graduation/taking a diploma. The condition of completing this final assignment needs to be monitored so that the student concerned immediately fulfills all the requirements.
